• To apply in person, attend one of our monthly meetings* at Action Point and at the door ask for an application form
  *(first Wednesday of every month except July, August and December)
  
• Telephone our Membership Secretary to ask for a form to be sent to you (07970 700979)
  
• Download the application form (below) and complete it in one of these ways:
