The women in question were all fairly local; one was an MP, another a mill owner in Keighley who took on a threat from male mill owners, two more who created Bradford Women's Humanity League and protested… Read more

Our speaker will be Bryan Pentelow and his subject is "The Joy of Sheds". Although a shed is the most dangerous place in the home (after the kitchen!), a man needs a space on his own! Bryan has previously given us a very amusing talk entitled "My mother was a Skiver". Read more
